The AR10 Rail Height 2 Rail Gas Block has mil-spec picatinny rails on top and bottom.

This allows for the  mounting of Tactical  accessories such as a front sight or a laser underneath.

It sits flush on your quad-rail.

No modification to your barrel is required.
